Mark is the Principal of Ironclad Strategies ,LLC and an expert in the areas of transition planning for privately held business owners, asset protection strategies, and advanced wealth issues as well as a legal background.

Mark graduated from Stanford University and the University of Texas School of Law,and he speaks regularly on topics of benefits, exit strategy, protection planning, and financial independence. Mark has over 28 years in the FINANCIAL services industry, including law, financial planning, and investment planning. His previous professional experience includes being a business owner and attorney. In 2001, Mark reworked his legal practice to focus on planning and protection strategies in the financial services industry.

Charitable and local Community involvement is also very important to Mark. He is a member of Hill Country Bible Church and is a past Board member of Austin Clubhouse, an Austin nonprofit existing to create acceptance and empowerment for people living with a mental health diagnosis. Originally from Austin, Mark and his wife Mandee, with their boys, Maverick and Major enjoy many of the new treasures that the area has to offer in addition to the hidden gems known primarily to locals. Mark’s hobbies include mountain-biking, fishing, reading and TaeKwondo, as well as traveling both domestically and abroad.

Steven Livitz is Director of Managed Assets at Ironclad Strategies. He joined Ironclad in 2018 following eight years with Griffin Financial Group where he served as partner in the Austin office.

Steven is a seasoned financial professional involved in the investment industry for more than twenty years. He has held various positions in the areas of business development, wealth management, securities trading, and investment analysis; each experience has honed his skills and increased his knowledge of the financial industry. Steven is known to work diligently with his clients large and small, offering timely, customized solutions to fit their needs.

Steven holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas. Outside the office, Steven is an avid golfer, loves cooking and travel and enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters and their dog.

Svea Blomberg is the Director of Underwriting at Ironclad Strategies. She joined Ironclad in 2019 following three years with Erben Associates.

Svea holds a BS in Human Development from the University of Texas at Austin. Outside the office, Svea loves spending time in nature. You will always find her surrounded by her animals and family.
